Waiver of Programming charges
Access Voice and Data Solutions will waive the charges for programming changes made by our technicians. Most changes will be made remotely, however onsite labor charges are waived as well.
Waiver of Labor Charges for Moves, Adds and Changes
Access will perform MAC’s either remotely or on-site as your business needs change. *
Free Unlimited training
You will have access to Unlimited, ongoing training on your communication system. This will allow new employees to get training, and existing employees to enhance their usage of the system.
Priority Service
The Direct Access support program members receive priority scheduling over our non-supported customers for emergency issues, normal trouble issues, moves, adds, and changes that come with the growth of your company.
Emergency Inventory
Minimize downtime if equipment should fail, as additional inventory is reserved for our support program members.
Access Web Portal
This gives Direct Access customers the ability to make service requests online, check status of work, approve quotes, view project status, view history, view invoices, view circuits, review contracts, enter orders, view trouble found and closed tickets.

Access is committed to providing 24/7 Emergency Service. Labor is charged at overtime rates. All trip charges are waived for Direct Access Customers.
No Trouble Found
Have you ever found yourself with a problem and when the person comes out to fix it, you can’t make the problem occur? Well, with Direct Access, service calls resulting in a no trouble found will not be charged to you.
Network Service Analysis
Free analysis of your local and long distance telephone service, internet, conference calling, etc. Ensures you are being billed correctly and getting the most competitive rates.
